Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements
•Screening & short listing CV’s as per job requirement with the Co-ordination of concerned, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Conducting Campus Interviews, Walk-in– Interviews and coordinating the selection process.
•Coordination with internal department about the Man power requirement.
•Understand the technical and functional staffing needs of the organization and create effective and efficient searches to get the most qualified candidate.
•Provide great candidate experience by effectively interacting with them and updating them status in the shortest possible time.
•Be familiar with the talent market place, research and understand the industry, develop and create compelling sourcing strategies.
•Be focused on sourcing the most qualified candidate through effective usage of all possible sources including employee referrals and provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool to hiring perfect candidatures.
•Screen candidates for basic requirements, evaluate basic skill level, Schedule interviews and manage offer process, including reference checks, offer letter generation and offer acceptance
•Mentor and provide guidance and direction to recruiting coordinators.
•Compile, update and present reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers and staffing leads.
•Representing in campus selections and in external events.
•Preparing Offer Letters & Appointment Letters
•Inducting new recruitees and joining formalities
•Taking them around the Office premises and making them familiar to various facilities available
•Organizing seating arrangement, welcome Kit, Company E-mail ID Creations and insurance Cards for new recruitees
•Coordination with Administration department to arrange all necessary things for new recruitees
•Co-ordination with Internal Departments to support employee welfare
•Co-ordination with Corporate training department on training programmes
STATUTORY & MIS PREPARATIONS
•Hands of experience on project statutory compliances & daily follow-ups with the Contractors.
•Responsible for Employment Exchange Returns (Quarterly & Annually).
•Hands on experience in Payroll Systems, Leave Postings & Pay slip Preparations
·Recruitment planning & Scheduling, Preparation & timely submissions of Recruitment reports to HOD
•Keeping track of new recruitees
•Recruitment Data Base Building, Database search and others internal correspondence like, etc...
•Updating and monitoring MIS reports (Absconding, Attritions, and Headcount)
•Keeping track on insurance endorsements with the Agencies & TPA.
PERSONNEL MANGERMENT & WELFARE
·To ensure compliance under all Insurance Schemes
·Ensure all employees are covered under group insurance (GMC, GPA & Life Insurance)
·Co-ordination with corporate insurance dept., F&A Dept., & Insurance Agencies for renewals of policies
·Ensure that sufficient amount is maintained as advance with Insurance Agencies for coverage of new joinees
·Ensure with insurance agencies on payments every 15 days basis with the coordination of F&A.
·Coordination with employees, TPA & Insurance Co. on hospitalization, claims process & settlements
·Ensure that insurance agency is informed on new joinees, family updation and separations on same day
·Keeping track on insurance endorsements with Insurance Agencies
·Ensure annual renewals without delay
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT/PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
• Performance Management Process as per schedule and quarterly follow up.
•Co-ordination with Corporate and, external training agencies in organizing programmes.
•Co-ordination with internal Departments to get the nominations
•Co-ordination with HRIS team on record maintenance
•Monitory Standards & Procedures and policies HR Policies.
•Forecasting and analyzing employee relations to help management design and implement effective employee welfare policies.
•Inter department coordination with corporate, Project, Sales team for daily HR updations.
•Employee Climate Survey and Employee Welfare.
•Responsible for Process & HR Communication.
•Employee counseling and Grievance handling.
•Sharing Best practices among the team.
•Follow up the recruitment procedure with Consultancies and other agencies.
•Maintaining records of all the employees Insurance copies & Endorsements, Claim Documents and updating their family members in their respective list.
• Payroll Support activities.
•Conducting Exit interviews, No dues clearance, Exit communication/ announcement.
