Spearheaded sales revitalization efforts at Bacardi Dominicana, S.A. following a severe economic downturn and play key role in positioning the company for strong growth.Fueled a 180% increase in sales of key products and led the Dominican market to rank #3 in the world for Dewar’s White Label.

·Restructured the Seagram Dominicana, S.A. operation in the Dominican Republic, including selling a local plant to reduce overhead expenses and terminating a distributor.Designed and implemented strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and restore profitability following several years of losses.Played a vital role in obtaining approval for capitalizing US$9 million in local debt.
