In an 800-employee non-profit agency providing social and health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and children and families with emotional and mental health challenges, oversee a portfolio of Human Resources functions, including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits administration, HR strategic initiatives, and employee relations. Charged with implementing an Employer of Choice initiative and employment branding strategy; significantly reducing employee turnover, especially among direct care staff; reducing recruitment advertising expenses and Cost per Hire; retooling employee screening, selection, and onboarding process; providing manager training on screening, selection, and retention practices; providing general human resource consultation to managers and staff.
