Interest

My main interest in Kinesiology is the study of physical training at an elite level. I enjoy training highly athletic individuals in order to attain peak performance. I am currently a personal trainer. I have worked with clients ranging from housewives, triathletes, models, clients looking to rehabilitate, to men training before they go to the NFL Combine. Their is nothing that excites me more about my job than working with the athlete willing to push their body to the maximum in order to achieve a professional athletic goal. I enjoy plyometric training, strength training, corrective training, and power training. I have recently been trained in the TRX, suspension training, and really enjoy it for my clients focusing on increasing there strength and flexibility.

Frappier Acceleration Program

I participated in this athletic program which targets to increase strength, speed, and stamina for athletes. It's a scientifically designed program to develop an athletes quickness, agility, dynamic sprint speed, running mechanics, strength, recovery time and overall confidence.

Nutritional Education

My nutritional courses included nutritional lessons provided with 24 Hour Fitness, NCSF, NESTA, and university health courses at San Francisco State University; specifically Heath in Society.

Personal Training

I am currently a personal trainer certified through 24 Hour Fitness, provided by The Apex Fitness Group Course; NASM (National Association of Sports Medicine) Awarded. My experience also includes Advanced Concepts of Personal Training by NCSF (National Council of Strength and Fitness) and NESTA (National Exercise and Strength Training Association).
