Tasking/RFI Manager


Responsible for managing of all Internal staff Taskers, and external Request for information from CSTC-A (Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan). Tracked and monitored over 500 RFI's (request for information) from Central Command. Was the primary Liaison between CSTC-A /CENTCOM/CTF-101 and ISAF to consolidate, track, and staff all info papers and responses to RFI/Taskers that required the Commanding General of CSTC-A's approval.Maintained a sharepoint portal that listed all RFI's/Taskers for the entire CSTC-A staff to have access. Ensure over 1,000 internal taskers from all staff elements were completed by suspense

Operations Manager

United Service Orgainzation (USO)

Responsible for the budgetary, maintenance, and upkeep of the USO organization that serviced over 3000 military servicemenbers per day.Supervised a team of 10 people charged with maintaining the USO facilities. Prepared budgetary requirements. Acted as a liaison between the USO and the Command Group. Completely ran the center in absence of the director.

Force Protection Specialist

ITT Industries

Responsible for the safety and welfare of over 2000 soldiers and civilians assigned to Eagle Base, Bosnia. Conducted random searches, roving patrols, installation access control and Headquarters building security. Lead officer of a 12 man detail tasked with protecting the Headquarters Building of Multinational Brigade North. Ensured SOPS (standard operating procedures) were continuously and accurately updated and followed by each FPS (force protection specialist) to ensure mission readiness. Awarded the physical fitness award and two company coins by the project manager. Additionally, promoted to supervisor after only 31/2 months on the contract.

Responsible for mentoring and supervising 4 armed force protection officers. As lead officer, assisted the shift supervisor with personnel accountability, information logs, access control logs, and moral and welfare of 4 officers. Prepared and briefed supervisor daily on personnel performance, and changing mission requirements.

Light Infantry Platoon Leader


Mentored, while providing personal and professional guidance to 40 personnel to include 5 senior non-Commissioned officers. Directly responsible and accountable for over 20 million dollars worth of equipment. Deployed to and from Kosovo (KFOR) as a 40 man platoon, with no negative administration actions, loss of equipment, or major injuries to personnel. Received the Army Achievement Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal, and the Nato Ribbon as a result of a successful mission. Directly responsible for over 20 million dollars worth of equipment and services
