I also had to run different reports at the beginning of the day and end of the day.  Unfortunately this company went bankrupt and had to lay all of its employees off.

I have been in sales in various jobs that I have had.  I have been in many situations where I needed to meet certain goals or expectations and have never failed to meet them. I feel that my sales skills are excellent and know how to budget and manage money.
I have used this program both times I worked for the Courtyard.  It is an older program, but very easy to use. I feel that I am an expert when it comes to using this program. I am comfortable training others on this program.

I have been using Word since I was in middle school and it has always been a part of my life whether I had to use it in work or school.  I believe I am an expert when it comes to using this program.
I grew up in a spanish house hold and grew up speaking spanish with my parents. I don't consider myself an expert spanish speaker, but I can read and write in spanish as well as translate. 
Forklift Driving

Often I would need to use a forklift to move around carts of items that were delivered to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel. I would need to use the forklift if the maintenance crew were off or gone for the day.

I have used powerpoint for a lot of projects in school and work.  It is a fun program to use and I have used it enough to where I know I can make a very informative and fun presentation. 
I used this program for a short period of time at a small casino I worked for as a front desk clerk.  It seems easy to use, but I did not work there long enough to become an expert.  Scheduling was an issue at this casino and it resulted into me resigning from this job.

I have used this program when I worked at Centric Health Finance.  I do not know much about it, but would have to use it for certain reports.
