  • Recruited to build and launch DisneyXD.com; secured and supervised large design, production and engineering team (internal and external) and aggressively drove all phases of development in a short timeline, resulting in on-time/on-budget launch.
  • Procured vendor and worked with internal engineers to leverage existing technology to build animation-capable 3D avatar system, establishing innovative, cross-promotional community elements that could be utilized across multiple brands for Disney.com.
  • Supervised post-launch strategy, ongoing development, and tactical execution, resulting in enhancements to site performance that increased monthly unique visitors by 25%.
  • Re-designed games module that increased sponsorships and improved multimedia ad sales packages.
  • Negotiated promotional placements and accelerated cross-promotional strategies for site content, including casual games, player spotlights, videos, shows, special activities and rewards.

  • Hired full-time from contract producer position and promoted to Lead Producer to manage deployments of all online initiatives for Disney Channel and Playhouse Disney, which averaged combined audience numbers of over 1 million daily uniques; supervised producers handling deployments for Playhouse Disney, Jetix, and video players.
  • Launched and maintained major site initiatives, including High School Musical 2, Phineas and Ferb, and Disney Channel Games, which won the 2008 Emmy Award for Outstanding Interactive Media Programming, and helped boost DisneyChannel.com's aggregate traffic to over 1 million daily unique visitors.
