Analyzing the REQ : Understanding the requirement of the client and
mapping accordingly to match the qualification , experience ,domain ,location , CTC
• Headhunting : Getting the potential candidates for client through Cold Calls , by
various spieling techniques and , Networking sites(Facebook, Lilnkedin).
• Sourcing profiles through job portals Monster, Naukri,Linkedinetc. according to the
requirements received from the clients and accomplish optimum and timely delivery of
• Screening Handling initial rounds of HR interview in order to judge the
candidate suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualification, experience,
communication skills etc before forwarding it to the client.
• Scheduling interviews for the short-listed prospects and train them according to the
client screening process
• Collect the compensation letter from candidate and help client to negotiate on CTC
and notice period.
• Co-ordinate between client and candidate to avoid gaps and work it out to close the
