Summary

Integrating CRM and Demand Generation, and solving the technology mismatch between the two is an area where I thrive.  Also am a fluently bilingual Digital Marketing Manager with 10 years experience in the online space and 10 in relationship marketing for the technology consulting sector. Presently employed with ADP Canada as the company's National Digital Marketing Manager. The B2B Demand Generation website I created for ADP has been named in B2B Magazine's top ten B2B websites in 2009.I have a Web Content Management diploma from Seneca@York's faculty of Applied Arts and Technology - Digital Media Center and completed studies in online usability at the University of Toronto's faculty of Information Management in 2007.  Currently enrolled in the University of Toronto's e-Business program until the spring of 2011 and have just completed e-Business and e-Commerce Management in May 2010.  In June 2010 I completed Google Analytics training with Webeducator.comAmong my many affiliations are the Corporation of Professional Translators and Interpreters of Quebec, the International Association of Business Communicators and the Association of Internet Marketing and Sales.
