I was a Project Manager for 7 years with Spiegel. Spiegel owned Eddie Bauer and New Port News (also called NNI). Due to chapter 11 for Spiegel, the company and NNI were sold leaving only Eddie Bauer. I accept a shift in position to Technical Specialist to stay with Eddie Bauer. From June 2004 until February 2005 I was also a Transition Project Manager to transition all Merchandising, Finance, and Factory EDI Systems to new ownership. This was completed 3 ½; months ahead of schedule.
