Built the support organization in the Southeast Asia region from less than 10 customer support professionals in 1995 to 38 employees dedicated to providing technical phone support, field service, maintenance agreements, training, application engineering, project management and asset management. Grew the support business at more than 54% CAGR from 1996 to 2001. Won the Rockwell Automation Asia Pacific “Outstanding Business Development Award” in 1997 and “Best Customer Satisfaction Award” in 1998.

Also responsible for internal engineering competency training for Rockwell Automation Asia Pacific resources.
