Like many prominent individuals, Glenn Fulcher Telford Pa.,developed his leadership skills through military service. He was honorably discharged at the rank of Sergeant from the United States Army, earning a Good Conduct Medal. After completing his military service, Glenn Fulcher began working as a sales representative and delivery driver for Coca-Cola Co. During this time, he earned the Liberty Bell award for his achievements and served as a shop steward and employee trustee for the Teamsters Local 830 executive board in Philadelphia. In 2003, Glenn Fulcher was elected Recording Secretary for Teamsters Local 830. In 2004, he graduated from the union’s leadership academy after completing a series of educational courses relating to labor laws and advocacy within the United States. Currently, Glenn Fulcher Is the Teamsters Local 830 vice president, business representative, and trustee of the pension fund. He represents tri-state area members in the beverage, soft drink, beer distributor, laundry, warehouse, commissioned driver, optical, and dental industries when helping to resolve grievances through formal arbitration and negotiating employee contracts. Some of his other duties as Vice President include helping to promote the union’s college scholarship program and working to identify treatment options for union members who are in need of assistance with substance abuse issues. When he’s not busy with his regular union duties, Glenn Fulcher continues his commitment to serving others by participating in the Teamsters Local 830’s volunteer efforts with St. Francis Inn Ministries, a charitable organization that provides food and shelter for homeless men, women, and children. Local 830 also works with Aid for Friends, a group that helps to provide meals for elderly Philadelphia residents. Glenn Fulcher also supports a number of organizations, City Of Hope, The Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia, The National MS Society, The Blinded Veterans Association, The Veterans Of Foreign Wars Of the United States, Saint Jude Children's Hospital, Aid For Friends and is an active member of Saint Agnes Church in Bucks County.
