Oversee projects and programs concerning in-house developed Toll and ITS (Intelligent Transportation systems) with projects throughout U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.Select, plan and direct the efforts of system development, engineering and IT Infrastructure for multiple projects.
·Produced project status reports, managed the team and resolved day-to-day issues with emphasis on SDLC.
·Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with contract, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.
·Create and execute project plans and all other relateted project documentation
·Developed project budgets and assumed responsibility for project profit and loss.
