Glenaldo Gregorio Pena

Throughout his career in operations and accounting management, Glenaldo Gregorio “Glenn” Pena has focused on creating and maintaining streamlined systems. He began his career as a project accountant and user support analyst with Bechtel Group, Inc., of San Francisco, in which role he assisted with the testing and implementation of a new accounting and project control system. Also effective in optimizing the efficiency of accounting staff and in establishing bookkeeping processes on the international level, Glenaldo Gregorio Pena left Bechtel in 2000 to join logistics group, Fritz Companies.

As an auditor and support analyst, Glenaldo Gregorio Pena helped Fritz Companies to consolidate key information into database formats. He left the company to establish a new family business, AllSmile Dental Practice, which has since grown and become a respected healthcare service provider in the Tracy, CA community. While his wife continues to practice dentistry full-time, Glenn Gregorio Pena has turned his attention to working in education. Formerly the district advisor for the Contra Costa County Office of Education, where he facilitated reconciliation of all accounts while training staff on efficient software use, Glenaldo Pena now directs fiscal services for the Acalanes Union High School District.
