Direct brand management and strategic communications for corporate office of major global staffing and recruitment firm, with operations in more than 25 countries. Major responsibilities include:

  • Brand Management – Helped establish and evolve global brand identity after company was formed as a spin-off from TMP/Monster Worldwide.Developed company’s brand strategy and guidelines and serve as primary point of contact with regional marketing teams on all issues related to the Hudson brand. Manage client, candidate and market research to strategically position the brand.Direct development of all global marketing collateral, from corporate capabilities brochures to annual reports.Maintain oversight of the firm’s web presence and led two major overhauls of all global web properties.
  • Practice Group Marketing – Provide marketing counsel and support to several North America and global practice groups, including developing annual marketing plans and budgets, executing targetedon- and offline marketing programs, managing meetings and events, supervising research and thought leadership development and measuring results.
  • PR & Investor Relations – Serve as global point of approval for all press releases issued under Hudson brand.Manage corporate and North America public relations team, and help practice groups develop their public relations planning and execution.Work with CFO and Director of Investor Relations to develop investor and industry analyst programs, including development of quarterly earnings releases, conference call scripts, investor presentations and annual reports.
  • Employee Communications – Develop and implement numerous global employee communications initiatives, including CEO Town Hall meetings, intranet communications and video production.Primary lead for meetings and events, including management of annual global senior leadership team meeting.Work directly with CEO and CMO on global messaging and brand positioning for employees.

Led the firmwide strategic communications center of excellence within the change management practice of this global human resources consulting firm.Major responsibilities included:

  • Client Management – Served as primary client contact and project manager for change communications work. Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships – typically at the senior management level – from proposal to completed project.Also responsible for developing and managing project budgets.
  • Communications Strategy Development – Managed full-scale needs assessments (including focus groups, employee surveys and executive interviews) to assess client companies’ current and desired states in terms of cultural assets and liabilities.Developed long-term employee communications strategies and action plans to bridge identified gaps and encourage desired behaviors, directly linking communications approach with corporate and/or business unit strategy.
  • Communications Implementation – Assembled and managed appropriate teams of Sibson consultants, vendors and client contacts to execute employee communications strategies.Deep, hands-on experience in video direction/production; large-scale meeting management and production; web and multimedia presentation development; and writing and designing print collateral materials.
  • Practice/Business Development – Active in continual development of change communication frameworks, toolkits and go-to-market strategies.Responsible for business development, including client presentations and proposals, articles and speeches.
  • Coaching/Mentoring – Assisted in the development and implementation of Sibson’s formal mentor training program, “Unit Coach College.”Active Unit Coach to multiple Sibson consultants.
