As preceptor for this boutique consulting and coaching firm, Vonda engages human and system development methodologies to fulfill its mission, You at your best; Your endeavors thriving. Her collaborative approach attracts extraordinary leaders from all sectors as clients, contributors and collaborators.
In 2012 her husband and 10th Dot founder, Yogiraj Charles Bates, died in a MN hospital from complications following surgery. Her desire to understand how one of the most common preventable deaths (hospital-associated venous thromboembolism) went undetected, inspired Vonda to apply 10th Dot's principles to become a caregiver advocate. Now, Vonda's experience amplifies her expertise on behalf of health care safety and other high risk/high benefit industries.
