The Recovery Place

The Recovery Place is an 87-bed private treatment facility with 53 employees. This facility provides individualized and continuous treatment to patients suffering from chemical dependency, alcoholism, and /or mental health disorders.

Played a key role in the successful growth of this startup facility by combining efforts directly with the CEO of the company in licensing, program, policy and procedure development, marketing, budget control, executive management, and operations. Identified and aggressively recruited top physicians, nurses, and administrative talent. Key participant in indirect sales and promotions through development of marketing collateral, via speaking engagements, presentations, and face-to-face client / agency interface; engaged the public at local hospitals.
