Responsible for establishing partnerships with strategic companies from Colombia and Latin America so as to take part in international competitive procurements.Charged with reviewing legal contracts related to the construction of motorways, roads, as well as specialized in sewer treatment works.

2007 - 2009

Business Developer

Responsible for developing North-Andean Region construction contracts. Developed joint ventures with the local most important engineering firms in Colombia and Peru.  Managed business relationships with local top government in three different countries: Colombia, Peru and Venezuela in hydroelectric new projects. Responsible for negotiating key company’s contracts totaling $400MM in the Region Winner of hydroelectric Rio Sogamoso work contract ( USD 90 MM).

Business Developer Argentina and Chile

Managed the selling process of a major high way concession in Chile (Concesionaria Costanera Norte) totaling 300MM Euros.

2000 - 2007

Country Manager and Business Developer

Managed Brazilian’s operation totaling $600MM and a team of 30 professionals. Developed strategic partnership with local and multinational corporations resulting in the successful construction and financing of a 200MW hydro electrical project ( Ponte de Pedra). Participated as a member of the executive board of the following concessions : Ponte de Pedra S.A. and Ecovias S.A. Coordinated project development for a high speed train between Sao Paulo and Rio with the three largest Brazilian companies: Odebrecht, Camargo Correa and Andrade de Gutierrez. Oversaw several RFP processes for the firm.

Almeida, winner of the concession for wastewater treatment in the city of Jaú – USD 60 million project.  Responsible for forming a joint venture with C.R.
