Responsible to prepare, review and maintain, in a current satus, all Operations Quality procedures, checklists, audit control, forms and audit folders/databases.Maintain the Quality Assurance programme, by developing the Operations Quality Audit Plan and conducting the respective audits. A continuous control is maintained to ensure compliance of all applicable requirements/standardsPrepare and support all the necessary documentation, facilities and resources for entities such as National Authorities, ISAGO, ISO and/or Customers, during external audits for follow-up and/or certifications renewal.Work together with all departments, by providing support in the design, development, implementation and management of their internal processes.Review processes, identify root causes, prevent potential hazards and recommend remedial actions, including but not limited, to modifications of processes or Quality Standards.Contribute to the definition of the annual quality objectives and monitor them through key performance indicators.Preserve all documentation and communications adequately and with maximum confidentiality.Responsible for the preparation of the montlhy Operations Quality Presentation through a continuous measurement, monitorisation and control of all activities.
