Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables that deliver the business requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Leads, designs and facilitates business engagements to establish scope, business needs, project objectives, outcomes and expectations on business processes.
Works with business analysis team to ensure that quality business requirements are produced, accepted and approved by the key stakeholders
Create and maintain project plans, budgets and forecasts, and use these to track and report progress.
Estimate the work to be done, identify dependencies, critical path activities, and resources required.
Facilitate the creation of technical design documents for complex projects, by interfacing with Technical Architects and Developers.
Engages with key stakeholders to create the solution design to meet business goals, scope and strategy requirements. Provides input into the identification and delivery of project benefits, traceability of requirements and impact of solutions.
Negotiate use of resources in a matrix management environment.
Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimise their impact on the project.
Collaborate with other managers and peers to align inter-project dependencies, reduce resource conflicts, and promote success in all areas.
Regularly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders and use their feedback to optimise progress.
As necessary, write and review QA and UAT test scripts.
Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff.
Prepare user documentation and training documentation as necessary.
Coordinate and manage project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings.
