My responsibilities was:
Management of DSP, DMP, SSP and Private Deal Team training and consultancy for advertising agencies Anticipation of trends and identification of new opportunities
Improvement of online media delivery Optimization of digital campaigns Segmentation and clustering of users Audience creation Optimization of ROI, CPM, CPC and CPA Real time bidding, directing several brands to a more segmented online public, through tools related to programmatic media and data purchase servers (DoubleClick, MediaMath, Turn, BrightRoll, Criteo, Dynadmic, Melt, and Tubemogul)
Creation of proposals according to briefing and objective of campaigns, with specifications on delivery and media cost predictions, including especially the strategies that will positively impact the campaign. Development of strategic planning and campaigns launched on several digital platforms and channels, including media display, mobile, video and social
Daily and real-time optimization of campaigns, with the objective of reaching the goals established by the monthly pipeline and obtain return regarding the number of people reached and several objectives
Direct relationship with Google, with weekly meetings for alignment of planning, execution, and presentation of results In charge of the whole implementation of Ad Exchange and AdSense for Search for the 54 sites and 5 ODIGEO´ s brand helping increase in 2012 its turnover over 2,5M*.
Coordinate internally with managers, vertical specialists, traffickers to ensure client's needs are met and working on daily basis with other team members(across 54 markets, 5 brands: eDreams, Go Voyage, Opodo, Travellink and lligo) to build digital strategies across all different channels.
