Summary

My name is Giuliana Caputo and my decision to leave my last job to raise my kids was a difficult one, but once I made it and committed to it, it was like a weight had been lifted. I didn´t want to miss out on these precious first years. At the end of my life, I won’t regret giving up a few years of work to raise my own kids.

Nowadays I am trying to get back into the workforce after my son and my daughter turned 3 and 2 years old, and they are old enough to benefit from school and a daycare.

I am a senior programmatic manager. I have strong quantitative skills, and also have strong general problem-solving skills to deal with new challenges as they arise. I also have excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad non-quantitative audience and enjoy working in teams.
