Digital Strategist for "Made in Italy: Eccellenze in digitale"
The project aimed to promote the digitization of SMEs that represents the “Made in Italy” in the world. 107 digital experts in all Italy supported SMEs in order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the web and to raise the awareness of the Italian excellences trough the international markets. My operational objective was to encourage the digitization of companies operating in the fields of OPD alimentary products: in particular OPD Ragusano cheese and OPD Monti Iblei olive oil. I helped SMEs in: Web developing and E-commerce Solutions; Social Media Management; Advertisement and Web Campaigning. Regarding the project management, I worked in: Creation and Management of an integrated communication plan; Building of a network of actors among all the stakeholders; Communication Coordination; Tuition trough “Digital Workshops” for SMEs.
