I spent all my career ( twenty-two years) with the H.R Departments (the last eight as H.R and Organization Director) of large and well known Companies with a full responsibility in H.R. like : employees and trade unions relations, payroll, organization, talent acquisition and development , compensation, labour litigations, training and recruiting , labour costs, internal communication and HR information system.I had the HR responsibility of two start-up in Italy :- Blockbuster ( home video renting ) in 1994/95 ;- Fnac ( large-scale retail books, video..... ) in 1999/2000

During my last experience in a Company, I was the HR and Organization Director for Italy with a UK multinational Company, Compass Group plc (the trademark in Italy was Onama S.p.A.), leader in the Food Service(canteens, restaurants with Education and Helthcare) and Support Service (clining and lunch vouchers), with and 9.000 employees in Italy (400.000 all over the World in sixty Countries); I looked after the Italian HR Team for six years starting from the beginning of the deal in 2002.In Compass Group my main responsibilities were transferring into local Country the vision, the values and the policies of the Group, reporting to the CEO of Italy and  dotted-line to the World HR Director.In this period other two important projects I managed were changing management and three reorganisation projects of the Company with, in the last one in 2007, a labour cost-saving of 10 million Euros, downsizing one-third of the Central Overhead.

From november 2008 I've been the Executive Partner with Bert HR Italia .

I was theHR Director and Organization with Gruppo Onama-Italy. This Group is part of Compass Group, a UK Group,  with 9.000 employees in Italy,delivering Food Services with Canteens for B&I, Education and Helthcare Sectors; the Company was delivering also Support  Services ( Industrial Cleaning and Lunch Vouchers).

I was in charge of the whole HR Department in Italy: Organization ,Recruiting, Developmentand Succession Plan, Compensation, Training, Payroll, People Management, Trade Unions Relations, Labor Litigations, Budget Process and HR information system, Internal Communication.

 I reported to the CEO of Italy and dotted-line to the World HR Director, providing and developingall human resources policies, tools and programs.

During this period I managed three reorganization and management changingprojects and the last project got a labour cost saving of about 10 millions euro per year.

I was in charge of Recruiting, Payroll, People Management, Trade Unions Relations,Labour Litigations, reporting to the Shareholder/President.

This was a large scale retail Company and I was in charge of People Management with a Business Unit. I looked after Trade Unions Relations and Labour Litigations of the whole Company.

I was also in charge of a Reorganization Project downsizing the over heads ( n. 300 eployees) and transfering the Hedquarters from Milan to Mestre ( Venezia ).

I managed also the start-up of the Deal in Italy with Fnac , a France large scale retailing company (electronics,videos and books).
