As Operation Manager i followed the start up of 90000sqm Shopping Centre in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Principal tasks of my job are: Ensure the asset value of the centre, by uninterrupted operations, optimal housekeeping, technical and building maintenance. Ensure that all work is carried out according legal requirements. Monitor consumption of energy, water and waste to make the retail destination long-term sustainable. Analyse and propose actions to increase tenant and visitor satisfaction , ensure the integration with IKEA store and grant the meeting place to our tenant and our customer . Ensure, analyse and follow up on facility measurements, software and reports, distribute key figures to different stakeholders . Ensure optimised usage and competence of facility software and tools in the retail destination. Procure and manage service providers and contractors for the centre operations. Facilitate technical, safety and insurance related audits. Optimise safety and foresee risks in the retail destination. Work proactively to optimise the operating costs by identifying cost savings. Develop and support guest service and maintenance management. In cooperation with Leasing, provide operational support in negotiations with tenants. In cooperation with Construction and Technical recourses, optimise technical standards and demands. Responsible for meeting business goals in terms of quality, time, costs and overall results of the department and that needed resources are in place. Secure that all work is carried out according to Group Documents and other company concepts and standards. Coach and empower co-workers to take responsibility to develop for performance in the business.
As Sales Supply Support Manager, during the build up of a 45000sqm IKEA STORE I had the opportunity to know deeply the IKEA SUPPLY CHAIN and his value. Creating a good Network with service office in Milan I had the opportunity to maximize the Logistic KPI. I participate to store business plan edition, minimising the logistic costs, identify potential savings, maximise the goods flow efficiency, follow up of the logistic KPI and producing financial reports.

As Process Engineer I managed transport, budgeting, production planning, cost analysis, administrative documents, business developing, controlling of technical reports ,follow up and customer service. We increased the efficiency reducing the delivering time, we increased the optimization of the truck loading . We eliminated the delay delivery claim, and the cost related.
