As Operation Manager i followed the start up of 90000sqm Shopping Centre in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Principal tasks of my job are: Ensure the asset value of the centre, by uninterrupted operations, optimal housekeeping, technical and building maintenance. Ensure that all work is carried out according legal requirements. Monitor consumption of energy, water and waste to make the retail destination long-term sustainable. Analyse and propose actions to increase tenant and visitor satisfaction related to Operations. Ensure, analyse and follow up on facility measurements, software and reports, distribute key figures to different stakeholders . Ensure optimised usage and competence of facility software and tools in the retail destination. Procure and manage service providers and contractors for the centre operations. Facilitate technical, safety and insurance related audits. Optimise safety and foresee risks in the retail destination. Work proactively to optimise the operating costs by identifying cost savings. Develop and support guest service and maintenance management. In cooperation with Leasing, provide operational support in negotiations with tenants. In cooperation with Construction and Technical recourses, optimise technical standards and demands. Responsible for meeting business goals in terms of quality, time, costs and overall results of the department and that needed resources are in place. Secure that all work is carried out according to Group Documents and other company concepts and standards. Coach and empower co-workers to take responsibility to develop for performance in the business.
