Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Business & Strategy with a set target of INR 1 crore for the financial year 
  • Work with Branch Heads across our India offices to cater to the design needs of all RYR clients
  • Develop Brand Strategy so as to ensure a communication alignment between design & mainline

  • Developed New Business Procurement Strategy for the division vetted by top management

  • Develop, Pursue & Pitch for new business to add to the existing client roster of the company 
  • Work with top management within Rediffusion Y&R to execute the deliverables of the pitch
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to develop an overarching strategy for brand communication for the prospective client working with the planning vertical 
  • Develop the conversation idea for the brand based on the brand strategy & business objective
  • Derive a creative brief from the conversation idea and work with the creative team to develop sample creatives keeping in mind the brand strategy and corresponding media strategy
