Predikto is leading provider of IoT predictive analytics software for industrial equipment that provides actionable solutions for equipment fleets by automating data science. Its proprietary data analysis and prediction engine is built on an auto-dynamic machine learning protocol that adapts to changing environments in near real-time. Predikto specializes in ingesting equipment maintenance and telemetry data to operationalize predictions of key industrial events like asset failures and poor asset health to enhance a company's overall performance.

  • P&L responsibility for solutions group tasked with requirements extraction and operationalization of the Predikto technology at clients by collaboratively working to breakdown internal silos to uncover their true needs and pain points.
  • Technical authority for solution architecture and integration of Predikto technology into clients technology landscape and IT stack.

  • Divisional chief technology officer managing the day-to-day engineering and technology efforts of an organization that provides world class locomotive/train dynamics solutions both domestically and internationally - 175 global and cross functional team members (of which 115 directly report through me) with $40M in revenue.
  • Accelerated and balanced rapid organic organizational growth of revenue (15M to 40M) and employee resources (80 employees to 175).
  • Working collaboratively, with our site leadership team, in developing/supporting the strategic vision of our organization by ensuring the right people/project teams are in place to yield optimal business results and developing/selecting a competent team of Managers/Individual Contributors while providing these resources with training/educational opportunities to ensure they keep current with technologies/strategies of their chosen fields.
  • Pioneered product research and development to continuously improve product quality and the value story for the KB portfolio by introducing 1, 3, and 7 year Strategic Technology Research Analysis and Planning (STRAP) and Multi-Generation Product Planning (MGPP).

The ESC provides engineering and design services to the NASA organizations engaged in development of new technologies, the NASA Engineering and Technology Directorate, and the Ground Systems Development and Operations Program.

  • Contracted to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as a consulting engineer responsible for the system and software safety integrity of the next generation space program.
  • Develop and execute design processes to create safety critical systems and software.
  • Shifted safety processes from a reactive labor-intensive review based approach to a proactive development design focus approach.

  • Report to V.P. of Technology and charged with defining and executing the future of the business from a technology standpoint. Generate business cases and market justifications to present to executive leadership team.
  • Lead a team of 12 engineers to complete several short and long-term projects totaling more than 17 million dollars per year.
  • Initiate, execute and manage projects by creating work breakdown structures, critical path evaluations, resource plans, risks definitions and productivity analysis.
  • Direct daily project execution activities related to systems management, software development, documentation development, testing, training development, systems delivery and production support using various methodologies and adhering to safety critical guidelines.
  • Merged the products, personnel, and engineering processes of an acquired company “Quantum Engineering Inc” into the Invensys Corporate culture while maintaining their agility to dynamic market requirements growing revenue from 7M to 17M.
  • Championed the development of a web based platform that leveraged the existing install base of products to provide value added features and analytics under a SaaS business model.

  • Coordinate and lead all technical aspects of engineering projects for Remote Control Locomotives (~2.1 million annual sales) and Electronic Car Pneumatic Distributed Power (~3 million annual sales) product lines. Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues for the customer and program management.·
  • Initiate, execute and manage projects by creating work breakdown structures, critical path evaluations, resource plans, risks definitions and productivity analysis.
  • Draft and deliver business proposals. Perform pre- and post-sales product presentations and demonstrations. Train customers in system use and maintenance. Install, configure and commission system applications.· Direct daily project execution activities related to systems management, software development, documentation development, testing, training development, systems delivery and production support using various methodologies and adhering to safety critical guidelines.
  • Reduced system failure rate per locomotive year 15% by facilitating with supply chain and manufacturing to ensure product reliability and on time delivery.

  • Multitasked several projects that required definition, development, and integration of safety critical real time embedded software and firmware (C/C++, Assembly) for use in train communication and control systems.
  • Architected and implemented multiple embedded systems projects utilizing Assembly and C/C++ with various RTOS’s (GH Integrity, MQX, Linux, Roll Our Own).
  • Developed board support packages, boot loaders, and device drivers for various microprocessors and DSPs (Intel, Motorola, Freescale, TI, Rabbit).
  • Implemented both industry standard and custom communication protocols (C/C++).· Consolidated several software baselines into one and developed a method and tool to configure the software at runtime (C/C++, C#). This greatly reduced development time and required maintenance effort.
  • Constructed system software architectures and participated heavily in overall systems engineering and system test activities to achieve CENELEC SIL 3 certification on two core product lines (C++).·
  • Developed configuration and support tools using Microsoft .Net platforms (C#, Asp.Net).
  • Led a development team of 3 at software center in Bangalore, India.·
