Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development. Manage recruitment and selection policy, including sourcing, negotiation, screening, interviewing practices, till appointment and discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues. Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales. Develop direct reporting staff. Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements. Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, payroll, O.T, benefits, EOS, salary statements and distribution, policies etc. Maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training, training budget. Manage Talent Acquisition, Data Bank, Vacancy Notification, Job Evaluation, Job role summarizing, Re allocation of staff and man power, End of Service and benefits. Responsible for administering the leave process and manage periodic reports on leaves status as per the policies and regulation in accordance with the existing labor law.
