Managed services bids handling(RFP/RFQ) including customer engagement, contracts negotiations, Service delivery strategy, Project planning, budgeting, transition and transformation. Building the business case, Risk analysis and mitigation, cost baseline and pricing structures definition. Project Planning: SoW, Dimensioning of resources, tools, materials and subcontracts. Pre-Sales coordination across various NSN business lines and subcontractors/partners. Supporting Managed Services projects from sales to Service Delivery phases: Planning, Design, Setup and transition plans, MS transformation and quality assurance(eTOM). Sales support for Managed services bids(Operations Startup, Outsourcing, BOT, SMC) and Portfolio enabling in MEA region.
