I was also  responisible for recording and reporting all offsite attendance and assisting workforce development in mission related tasks.

Achieved highest company EBITDA in both full fiscal years as manager.

Supervised and directed day-to-day operations for a stand-alone (no fuel) convience store.  Duties included:  staffing, ordering, budget controls, financial reporting, and inventory control.

Also was group manager for Lebanon stores to assist district manager with policy implementation and follow-up on operations issues.
