Team leader who organized new custom design software for the east coast users called Spinnaker for online print and trafficking needs. Software was implemented to have a paperless virtual traffic flow. The software system will email the recipient the most updated revisions. System also served as an FTP site where print houses can download PDFx1a’s, and would confirm if the files were in compliance to print from the art department to the print houses. This process saved the company over $150k per annum on proofs.
