·Development of SOA project: design of the requirements needed in order to control the mortgage business in France, Spain and Italy within the same computer program by means of the aligning all of the businesses and sharing best practices.

·Manage Lean workouts to improve:

a)Repossessed car sales in Auto division, Spain. New process created

b)Repossessed house sales in Mortgage division, Spain..New process created

·Controllership management of mortgage activity and results in Spain. New process, first in Spain, and used as a model for other General Electric Money businesses.

·Develop a mathematical model to forecast the litigation costs associated with delinquent clients within mortgage business, Spain. Used as a model for the following projects.

·Manage the launch of Self Finance business in CAM-GE (joint venture between General Electric Money Bank and CAM) and subsequent follow-up to ensure the project is following the Quality guidelines.

·Manage Lean showcases in order to improve:

a)Operations processes within mortgage division, Spain. Organising the logistics and preparation for the event, team leader to one of the improvement teams and responsible for the future implementation and subsequent follow up of the agreed list of action for the whole project. This event improved most company processes and led to our company receiving both recognition and an award from General Electric in USA. Lead time reduction from 33 to 16 days + NPS improvement from -23% to +10% + new global production process.

b)TTC department in mortgage division, Spain

c)Collaboration processes between Freedom Finance & GE Money Bank Mortgages Spain, working as a team. Business. Business growth: 20%.

d)Sales results from GEMB Mortgages Spain branches. Approval rate improvement from 26% to 35%. 41% reduction in decition cycle time.
