After earning a degree in tourism management, Geraldine Semeghini accepted a position in Venice with HG3 Italia, SPA, which offered the first 3G universal mobile telecommunications system services in the world. First serving as a Consumer Accountant, she established a reputation for developing successful customer relations. Promoted to Store Manager, Ms. Semeghini demonstrated her leadership ability, creating business strategies and commercial targets for the store to complete, as well as overseeing the human resources department.
Since 2005, Geraldine Semeghini has owned her own event promotion and organizing firm, Chic Communication, SRL, in Milan. Along with creating in-store promotions and product presentations, she develops team-building activities and incentive travel planning for businesses.
