in PA, Grove City, PA Junior Help Desk Analyst Responsibilities: Monthly implementation of various system security and computer tasks across a campus consisting of sixty-two buildings and over five hundred employees Maintain the daily task of troubleshooting system hardware and software for employees of George Junior Republic throughout the day with various dilemmas Repair safety and security alarm and camera malfunctions within the buildings across campus Receive and complete technical support tickets for employees regarding their computer related issues until I am able to reach complete customer satisfaction Facilitate successful communications between users and other corporations through telephones systems that are using computer technology Practiced the use of problem solving skills while being an on call specialists that help employees across campus with their after hour help desk troubles Successfully maintain relationships with customers using follow up calls with him/her after completion of their customer care Mastered the ability to sit on call for long periods of time
