Oversaw all aspects of daily order processing to ensure that I was the first point of contact and could spot issues before they caused a problem to the customer. Worked with Barclays on software projects that meant coordinating with their I.T teams based in India and testing teams in various sites in the UK. Ensuring that multiple projects ran concurrently with stakeholders informed of progress according to strict SLA guidelines. Providing M. I to the clients at regular and spontaneous intervals to support them with various presentations and events.
