    • Internal/External development; initiated new processes/standards to enhance efficiency of operations 

            Results: -Developed & implemented processes to enforce standards within the Proton                                 network of approximately 400 dealers (sales & after-sales)

                              -Implemented more Dealer Development Executives (DDEs) per area - from 12:1                             to 4:1 for better DDE-to-dealership engagement. This hastened process                                             implementations due to higher productivity and lesser traveling time by the                                   area DDEs

                               -Closure of non-performing dealerships as initiative to strengthen the network;                               SSE & SOE as tools of measuring overall performance (besides revenue) -                                         managed to rationalize the network by 20% due to non-performance and/or                                   non-compliance
