What is my greatest strength?

As an experienced leader, manager, and mentor one of my greatest strengths is adaptability which I have gained through self confidence. Having served over 20 years in the military I have learned to adapt quickly and have confidence in my leadership abilities in new situations, roles and responsibilities in order to portray confidence to those whom I lead and manage. Thus helping to ensure positive outcomes in any situation. 

How do I define success?

I believe in “proactive planning NOT reactive execution”. Setting mile stones, standards and developing a well thought plan are some of the things I do as a leader to help ensure success of an organization and its people.  Personally and professionally I also strive for continuous education and learning. The key here I believe is to be sure to take what we learn and apply it to our work to benefit an organization, its employees, and ultimately the success of both.
