·Present new store and relocation strategies to Corporate Committee.Direct bi-weekly interface with Senior Management including CEO.

·Oversee opening of 38 freestanding stores.Manage consultants, time-lines and budgets; supervise kick-off, regular and municipal meetings.

·Manage over 20 development groups engaged in Build-to-Suit or Fee Development agreements.

·Respond to Operational concerns for existing stores in coordinating with Landlords for repairs, maintenance or customer complaints.

·Exclusive site analysis and selection, contract negotiation, development feasibility for CVS/pharmacy in Tri-County South Florida market

·Present new markets separately via Corporate rides with entire CVS Senior Management.Continue direct communication with Senior and Regional VPs of Real Estate.

·Obtain Corporate Real Estate approval on the first 30 South Florida locations for CVS.

·Act as liaison between development staff and consultants to ensure expedient delivery of free-standing stores from site review to opening.

·While primary responsibility to facilitate CVS store strategy, act as director of “non-CVS” opportunities including Power Center, grocery anchored and outparcel park developments.
