About Me

I am a professor of management and executive-in-residence at Loyola University, New Orleans.  I am also a strategy and technology advisor for a number of companies including Wolfgang's Vault, Daytrotter, and Berklee Media.  I am the executive editor for Artist's House Music.  I was the president of the independent record label, Rykodisc. I am one of the original founders of TuneCore. I have written two books on the the music business, including Inside the Record Industry and Music Business 101.  I have a BA from Boston University, an MA from University of New Hampshire, an MBA and JD (09) from Loyola University.
