Reported to Owner/CEO of a family owned manufacturing business that helps plastic injection molding companies reduce...waste, downtime, improve throughput and OEE through its temperature controller and diagnostic tools. This value proposition was a change introduced by George when he realized the company had long been product driven instead of value driven.
Responsible for a national network of 20 independent reps that required extensive traveling as the "subject matter expert" and to help close sales while maintaining customer loyalty and service. During the first nine months company sales grew by 35% - 40%. During that same time several distribution contracts were signed for a new product line that are valued at over $500k annually in new revenues.
