  • Conduct rehearsals with 9-12 graders while accompanying students on Piano.Teach all vocal parts to the Cast and Chorus, including close Jazz harmony.
  • Act as a point of consultation for the Director in regards to Vocal Talent.
  • Accolades include being nominated for 2 Count Basie Awards for best vocal and music director. The production given 8 Count Basie Nominations, and won 1 Count Basie Award. This had never happened in the history of CNHS.

  • Teach piano, guitar, drums, voice, brass, string, woodwind  and music technology in individual and small group sessions to students of all levels ages K-12. Lessons were consistent with goals and objectives as stated in the students individualized education plan and NJCCCS. Classifications of students include NI, PDD-NOS, IED, BPD, CD, ODD, ADHD, SED, EBD and LD.
  • Developed and administered music education  curriculum with the curriculum coordinator that addressed musical development from K-12 and met New Jersey core curriculum content standards.
  • Collaborated classroom management techniques with teachers and teacher assistants to enforce the Rugby School's behavior program, and followed the nurtured heart approach. 
  • Prepared students for Monmouth County teen arts adjudications and Recitals.
  • Assessed of student learning and progress, and modified instructional methods to fit individual students' needs in order to facilitate individual and small group instruction as needed.

  • Organized and maintained a system for accurate and complete record-keeping, grading, and reporting for all student activities, achievement and attendance as required NJ state law.
  • Completed lesson plans weekly according to NJCCCS and guided by Charlotte Danielson's framework for teaching rubric.
  • Developed a system of keeping to monitor planned attendees for the school's recital through mail chimp and google forms.
  • Organized field trips.
  • Oversaw all aspects of sound engineering for school productions.
  • Submitted detailed proposals for instruments, a sound proof music room, a recording studio and surround sound system that was installed in the school auditorium.

  • LMS : 2017: Student accepted into All Shore Orchestra. 
  • CNHS: 2017 : I was Nominated for 2 Count Basie Awards for the Production of Godspell for Music and Vocal Direction. The production was nominated for 8 Count Basie Awards, and won 1.  
  • MMLLC: State Teen Arts adjudications and/or Top of The Top performers for fiscal years 2016, 2015, 2013, 2007, 2006, and 2005. This includes solo guitar, piano, voice and flute.  
  • Rugby School: Sound proof studio and surround sound system were successfully installed according to my specifications, 2015.
  • Rugby School: I was chosen to represent the school by attending a Middle States visiting team to accredit another New Jersey school, 2015.
  • MMLLC : Student wins 3rd place at NJ Shouts Down Drugs Songwriting Competition finalist for Essex County, 2009.
  • MMLLC: Student finalist in Monmouth County for NJ Shouts Down Drugs Songwriting Competition, 2007.
  • Rugby School: Student wins VSA National Award (Flute), 2005.
