  • Contacted, counseled and assisted clients in the origination of over $11MM of refinanced mortgage loans since November of 2015.
  • Managed a client pipeline of up to 50 clients per month, guiding them through the process of obtaining information about mortgage options, tailoring a mortgage to suit their needs, submitting the required documentation to qualify for the chosen mortgage, and assisting them in meeting the applicable mortgage guidelines in preparation for closing.
  • Researched and analyzed federal and state guidelines for conventional, FHA and VA mortgages, becoming a subject matter expert in the details and nuances of each type of program to ensure that clients received reliable advice that resulted in loans that made it to the closing table.

Center for Defense of Liberty

  • Managed 3-4 employees in the operation of a bicycle rental and service operation, to ensure cost-efficient and customer-focused service.
  • Established Rental Partnership Program to encourage local businesses, hotels and resorts to refer customers. Promoted the program via email marketing, website design, and personal visits to potential partners.
  • Designed all marketing materials for the rental and repair business, including advertisements, flyers, signs, brochures, promotional letters, and branded clothing.  Created in-store signs and displays.

Affiliate Marketing and Business Development Manager
  • Increased Affiliate traffic from 3,000 to over 500,000 unique visitors per month, by developing a relationship between StoreRunner and The LinkShare Network.
  • Managed Affiliate relationships, including the recruitment and implementation of new partners, the conduct of customer care operations, monthly billing and payment monitoring, and analysis of the quality and value of Affiliate traffic.
  • Collaborated with Vice President of Marketing to engage in strategic planning for the Affiliate Program and to develop long-range goals.
  • Established an Employee Welfare Program to encourage employees to bond with one another and to improve employee morale by organizing extracurricular activities like attending sporting events and performing community service, and playing on a company hockey team.
  • Redesigned the Business Development Team’s lead generation and qualification system, resulting in a tripling of its productivity.
