  • Managed a client pipeline of hundreds of clients per month, evaluating the contents of their credit reports, determining the state of their finances, identifying opportunities for improving their credit, and developing custom game plans for achieving the desired improvement.
  • Communicated with as many as one hundred clients per day, over the telephone and via email, gaining their trust, guiding them through their own personalized game plans, explaining the reasons behind each step in the process, and ensuring that they understood all of the elements and details necessary for them to achieve success within their game plan.
  • Assessed the level of commitment of each client, as well as their ability to follow instructions, and the degree to which they would need additional follow-up appointments.
  • Educated clients about the manner in which credit functions and how their particular credit profile impacts their ability to qualify for a mortgage loan.
  • Researched and reviewed articles, publications and educational materials to develop a deeper understanding of the subtleties of working with credit.
  • Mentored newer Fresh Start Consultants to help them develop the knowledge, systems and processes necessary to excel as members of the Fresh Start Team.

  • Managed a client pipeline of up to 50 clients per month, guiding them through the process of obtaining information about mortgage options, tailoring a mortgage to suit their needs, submitting the required documentation to qualify for the chosen mortgage, and assisting them in meeting the applicable mortgage guidelines in preparation for closing.
  • Researched and analyzed federal and state guidelines for conventional, FHA and VA mortgages, becoming a subject matter expert in the details and nuances of each type of program to ensure that clients received reliable advice that resulted in loans that made it to the closing table.
