As operations manager I was responsible to manage IT facilities for existing Natura’s international operations (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, México and Franca), as well as manage projects to implement new operations (recently Colombia and Venezuela).

For Brazil operation, I was responsible to manage Service Desk, Side Support, print outsource, telephone and videoconference facilities, all services provided to final internal customer. All of these services were revalidated trough a proposal process (RFP) directly managed by myself.

As additional responsibility, I was in charge to manage IT assets (life cycle), software licenses, as well as negotiations with technology providers to contract labor as well as buy equipment and software such as: Notebooks, Desktops, Select agreement, SAP Licenses, Notes, Microsoft, etc.

As Customer Services Manager I was responsible to implement and coordinate: CRM/BI/SFA systems, call center, Computers Operations, telecommunication facilities and Technical support departments for customer and internally. Main responsibility was to ensure that Solutions provided by SYNAVANT were customized and implemented in a timely basis with quality, also to grant that we were providing adequate level of services to our customers (measured through frequent Customer Satisfaction surveys), on going maintenances, as well as to set necessary products/facilities for new customers.

SYNAVANT core business was to outsource the sales force automation solution of our customers (SYNAVANT was bough and merged with Dendrite Corp on July 2003).

Including LANs (Novell and NT), satellite links, fiber optics links, videoconference facilities, Pbxs, Internet services, VPN networks, client’s support, etc.
