Training Development / Education - In charge of Manpower Planning, Budgeting and Talent Strategies companywide. Developed & implemented performance evaluation process and mentoring programs. Regulatory / Compliance - Complied with regulatory requirements for the trucking industry, as pertaining to interstate transportation. Created and implemented the training for the Financial Aid Department.
