As a Principal Consultant/Director with PKFC consulting firm, I oversee the definition, engagement, execution and realization of deliverables primarily in ICT-related programs and e-projects. My exposure has been in providing consulting services pertaining to ICT initiatives targeting the PPPs ( Public Private Partnerships), Contestable Sectors ( Telco, Utilities,Resources ) and Fiscal Institutions (Financial,Banking,Insurance) embracing wwww ( windows, wired, web, wireless) enabled and emerging technologies. My responsibilities and accountabilities were to ensure that adequate assurance, audit and advisory services have been rendered to enhance, re-engineer and re-fine best practices in all phases of the business case and value proposition life cycles incorporating due diligence, governance and probity functions for mission critical applications, core infrastructures and key business processes using base-line industry standards, practical approaches and proven methodologies. As for the strategic planning and related initiatives, the terms of reference were heavily focused on using embedded risk analytic approaches, business requirements, mitigation strategies, architectural frameworks, change management,BPR,success criteria and security safeguards in every underlying dependencies and inter-dependencies right across enterprise-wide entities. It includes the completeness, buy-ins and agreed consensus with the sign-offs for end-to-end processes in all phases of program-project deliverables, outcomes and expectations.With probity practices put into perspectives, essential elements of Records/Tender/Bid/Contract/UAT/SLA Management, Business As Usual Mode,Compliance-Regulatory Issues,Due Diligence,Corporate Governance, Accounting Practices, Financial Reporting, Auditing Process, Transparency Reviews and Disclosure Needs were made easily accessible to affected entities, relevant parties and obligatory bodies.
