PRISM Leadership Group exists to come alongside leadership teams for the purpose of listening to their dreams and vision of a preferred future, and then to serve and stimulate them in seeing that future become a reality.We offer a complete range of diagnostic services, organizational health, and missional refocusing consultations including assessments, staff coaching, strategic mapping, systems development, conflict resolution, and intentional interims.

Church Resource Ministries

Church Resource Ministries (CRM) empowers leaders to strengthen and start churches worldwide.

The vision of CRM is to envision movements of fresh, authentic churches, pioneered by godly leaders, fired by a passion for their world, compelled to multiply their lives and ministry…so that the name of God is renowned among the nations.

reTURN is a division of US Ministries. The reTURN Team, conducts diagnostics and consults with churches around the US that are in crisis, transition, or in need of intervention.

2010  Conducted an in-depth ministry assessment for New Testament Baptist Church in Norton, MA. The assessment included an online survey, multiple staff and leader survey, as well as overseeing a team of fourteen professionals for three days of on-site interviews. The assessment was completed when a 116-page report was delivered.

2006 - 2008    As a sub-contractor of CRM, served as Intentional Interim Pastor for 10 days a month at Sunset Beach Christian Church, Haleiwa HI.

Director of Recruiting, Training, & Consulting Services -- Acted as coach/mentor to the team leaders in Europe; Worked with the Europe Director to develop Regional Training Centers in strategic locations throughout Europe aimed at reproducing high-impact leaders; Developed and implemented a plan for consulting teams in the U.S. and Europe to help churches transition to a high-impact model; Formulated “LifeLong Leadership Development”™ material; Scheduled and planed new staff orientations and oversee the training of new staff, particularly team leaders.




Family: Gregg and Linda Ann Jacobus were married on June 25, 1978.  Linda is a teacher as well as the English Learner Coordinator at Santa Barbara High School.  We have four adult children:  Amaris, Vanessa, Kailee, and Kyle.

Bio: I have experienced the Church in many different forms...raised Catholic, ventured into eastern mysticism, converted into dispensational cessationism, jumped to pentecostalism, backed out into third wave - and now I'm attempting to appreciate the distinctives and celebrate the sacred diversity of God’s people. When the Church works, it is truly magnificent.

I have enjoyed the privilege of serving the Church as a church planter, pastor of multi-staffed churches, thinker, coach, mentor, mission’s executive, consultant, trainer, interventionist, author, and intentional interim. I have served in such varied places as Carson City (NV), Santa Barbara (CA), Oceanside (CA), Boone (IA), Haleiwa, (HI), San Francisco Bay Area, London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona.

My favorite book on leadership is "Leadership is an Art" by Max DePree. What a great, and humbling, topic...

I think we are living in one of the most exciting times in the history of the world. Modernity is sputtering, the world has been flattened, glocalism is gaining momentum, and a missional reorientation is beginning to infuse the Church.

Interests: Spending time with family and listening to who they are becoming; listening to the stories, dreams, and passions of the people I meet; getting to know the churches I serve; studying theology; writing; looking for what is following modernity; laughing; listening to podcasts while I'm exercising; the smell of jasmine mixed with salt air; experiencing a new city.

Summary of Experience

30 years of organizational leadership experience in the non-profit sector serving as a management and systems consultant, leadership coach, mission agency executive, interventionist, and pastor of multiple staffed churches throughout the United States and Europe. Oversight of a professional paid-staff as large as twenty people. Extensive experience in staff management, innovation, administration, mentoring, and public speaking.  Strong interpersonal communication skills.
