  • Designed and built a total of over 8.7 million square feet of building, with a total construction value of nearly $1.8 billion for a single client.
  • Developed, implemented and monitored studio operational budgets and business plans; created studio design standards; created and implemented project development guidelines and quality assurance programs.
  • Led the design process for national account clients, ensuring that all designs met client design criteria, and that construction documents comply with architectural and quality standards, building codes and health and safety regulations.
  • Responsible for developing and tracking budgets for all projects in my studio, review and qualification of bid tabulations and facilitating development of the client’s ROI percentages for both new and existing markets.
  • Directed studio of architectural project managers and job captains in collaboration with a cross-functional development team and external service providers on the design process for client’s project development (nationally and internationally.)
  • Led training and development of junior staff directly and directly managed and approved studio staffing decisions.
  • Provided coaching, direction and leadership support to staff in order to maximize performance results for the firm and client.
