• Responsible for managing staff, ensuring day to day tasks completed and projects on course.• Designed and installed VMware infrastructure and migrated all bare metal servers with zerodowntime. Firemaster gained a significant power reduction with the reduction of 12 servers to2,we also gained stability with vm clustering our servers.• Team lead on administration phone system replacement that allowed for scalable growth.Scalable design providing the ability to connect same brand phone systems from other stations.This allowed for additional long distance savings and centralized management of all numbers.• Extensive knowledge working with suppliers and manufactures. This allowed for an average of12% savings per fiscal year.• Member of team that consolidated 300+ mobility accounts into 1 that brought Firemaster greatersavings as per Telus Corporate Agreement. Provided training to staff on managing our mobilityaccounts and cellular communication devices.• Managed laptop deployment for Spira wireless ticketing program that provided faster invoicingturn around, which in-turn allowed for faster payment.• Deployed inventory system corporate wide that provided complete tracking of all Firemasterassets.
