Multi-Media Training Consultant: As President and director of the company, I have been working with organizations such as HP, Compaq, Chevron, Enron, ExxonMobil, Conoco Phillips, and Equilon to design, develop, deliver, implement and track training performance. Training format has been primarily computer-based and web-based with some stand-up. I have also been developing Internet applications and online databases as well as technical documents and reference materials for electronic or print distribution.

Worked with US Government contractors on US Army bases in Iraq and Afghanistan to provide them with bulk hi-tech and personal safety goods from the US market.Experience in international trade, bidding, procurement, shipping, freight, logistics, and multi-project coordination.

Manager of Training Development


Managed the design, development, and implementation of custom and off-the-shelf CBT applications for customers in the petro-chemical and refining industries.Trained company’s staff on using proper CBT design and development methodologies and performed quality assurance testing.Duties also included user interface design, graphics design and development, needs analysis, project management, and customer interface. Responsible for producing more than 30 hours of high quality, interactive, multi-media CBT, interactive product demonstrations, and control room operator training.

Instructional Designer: Designed and developed CBT applications, hypertext applications, and training manuals.  Developed over 40 hours of multimedia CBT for NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and commercial clients.  Created a comprehensive set of Authorware models and templates to support CBT for Space Station Freedom, as well as performance support systems (PSS) to support Rockwell engineers, NASA flight controllers, and crewmembers.

Project Lead: Coordinated the efforts of Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to produce CBT and hypertext applications within the allocated budget and timeline.

Authorware Trainer:Trained office personnel and new-hires on using Authorware Professional and implementing templates and models to enhance development efficiency.

Computer Instructor: Instructed college-level students in microcomputer business applications and programming tools. Also worked as an ESL (English as a second language) instructor and ensured the proficiency of adults who were unfamiliar with the language.

I have been developing training material and technical documentation for over seventeen years, and I have worked during this period as Instructional Designer, Senior Instructional Designer, Project Manager, and Manager of Training Development. I am knowledgeable and skilled in all facets of stand-up as well as computer-based training (CBT) and web-based training (WBT) design and development. I am also experienced in developing various types of interactive, multimedia presentations for the purpose of promoting and demonstrating software, products, ideas, and services. Additionally, I am experienced in developing and editing digital audio, graphics, animation, graphical user interfaces, Internet web sites, and online solutions.
