ITCONS e-Solutions Private Limited, a company into Resource Management Services is funded by Amity Capitals Ventures, MSME (Ministry of Small and Medium size Enterprises) and TDB (Technology Development Board).

ITCONS Services’ portfolio comprises of IT Consulting, Infrastructure management, temp and permanent staffing along with enterprise application development using innovative tools and metrologies.

ITCONS product portfolio comprises of RecruitPlusTM -Talent Management Suite powered with Applicant Tracking System, Vendor Management System, Client/Line Manager Management System, Resource Management System, Employee Referral Management System, Resume parser as windows application (file folder, outlook and even from any website), Resume Parser as an API, JD parser API with an accuracy level up to 99%. We have also developed a prototype of semantics /AI based CV and JOB context matching engine, which is called as RecruitPlusTM Intelligent Concept Search. Talent Management suite helps corporate and staffing/Recruitment companies to harness the power of the centralized database in a distributed environment.

Gauravv Mittal, The Founder and Managing Director of ITCONS e-Solution Private Limited is Masters in Finance with International Marketing from NMIMS and Bachelor in Electricals from UPMNREC. He is PMI certified Project Management professional with 16+ years of experience in IT industry having worked in various capacities like Chief Technology Officer/ Programme Manager/ Project Manager & Presales Manager etc. I have been instrumental in setting up the India operations of ITCONS e-Solution Private Limited starting from zero base to a strong of 500+ technology professionals organization.

Gauravv Mittal has wide experience in setting up Total IT infrastructure for Multi location accounts, Data centers and secured network. He has been champion for setting up various six sigma projects using MAIC, DMAIC & TQSS methodologies and implementing ISO 9001 process, BS7799 , ITIL and cobit Framework.

ITCONS has won many prestigious awards like Microsoft BizSpark Award 2008; a Finalist of prestigious TATA NEN Hottest startups 2008, Power of Idea, Economic Times Award 2009 and was rated as one of the top 20 hot and preferred Indian startup by public voting; NASSCOM Innovation Award 2009, Red Herring Global and Asia award 2010.

About ATS Services:  ATS services Pvt Ltd is a Citigroup funded; IT enabled Services Company (Contact Center) with more than 1600+ live seats serving multinational financial sector clients in domestic market.

As CTO of ATS Services, I was responsible for managing the in-house technology team, Technology solution partners and vendors involved in creating and operating the advanced and competitive IT enabled outsourcing infrastructure. Directly reporting to the Managing Director; my responsibilities included creating and managing data and voice infrastructure for international and domestic clients, CRM application development and deployment, data center management, building comprehensive IT solutions as per client requirement and technology support for operation and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

·I was responsible for IT operations and Technology needs of the organization for all office locations across the India catering to approx 1600+ users across 6 locations. Areas of focus include working with Clients and Sales teams to deliver technology solutions to business, understanding client technology expectations and translating them into IT deliverables.

·I was responsible for Total Cost of IT Ownership (TCO), IT Risks, IT Strategy and Customer Deliverables and BPO Operations. Used innovative options like reverse auctions to save almost 40% on key technology purchases

·Mentored technology employees for personal growth, KRA linked with business requirement and higher productivity. Management and creation of Intellectual Property product/services for organizations.

·Product Development; Web based work flow enabled CRM solution design and development to cater the need of various industries. Automation of calling stations from 100% Manual environment to dialer based environment.


·Designed and built robust, cost-effective and scalable solutions for telephony infrastructure, data center, domestic and international WAN connectivity, Dialer integration, web based CRM application, workflow and data mining.

·Conceptualized and developing platform/database/browser independent work flow enabled, Web based APAX, a CRM software application, which manages all customer touch points, control customer relations, provides extensive data mining features, loyalty, fulfillment and redemption system, and manage inbound and outbound call center operations.

·Introduced an Integrated Service Desk to satisfy requirements of internal customers of IT department. It enables users to track calls registered by them as well as to monitor IT SLAs. Reduction of Telecom costs: Negotiated special tariff plans for ATS, which brought down the telecom cost to 40%.

Project and Programme management: Develop and strategize the change in the operation model, to address the market requirement and also feasibility on an ongoing basis, Technical Support to marketing team of Wipro Infotech for setting up SLA (Service Level Agreement) for Customers, Presales Support and Requirement Analysis of customer, benefits vs. cost imperative.

Quality management: Preparation of Process documents on all Services Specific to customer In ISO 9001, 2000 formats, Training on policies & practices and finally deployment, ISO 9001:2000 process implementation. Quality audits, Quality deployment and analysis of mission critical issues using six-sigma (TQSS methodology) and converting them in MQ projects.

Resource management: Headed team of Level 3 support guys for various skill sets and domain knowledge, Headed team of more than 50+ resources involved in various programme.
