- Responsible for L1 & L2 calls, includes processing of tickets.
- Analyze and solve incidents, problems and service requests.
- Coordinating with support team to get physical issue resolved.
- Interact with other relevant teams for early resolution.
- Monthly configuration backups of critical network devices.
- Monitoring and Managing the Network along with SLA reports.
- Escalating the issue as per the provided Protocols.
- Installed and Configured Solar wind to monitor traffic counters/link utilization of the routers.
- Good Knowledge of RIP, EIGRP , OSPF and switching .
- Incident Management using the tools like CRM ,BMC Remedy force.
- Monitoring and Reporting using the tools like Solarwind
- Good knowledge of fundamentals about service provider Infrastructure
